Password and Security

Users are responsible for keeping their jdlclub account password confidential. Sharing your password with any other party is strictly prohibited. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact jdlclub support immediately via 24/7 live chat.

Account Closure and Suspension

jdlclub reserves the right to close or suspend any account if:

• The user violates any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• The user is found to be involved in fraudulent activity, money laundering or bonus abuse.
• The user fails to meet identity verification requirements within the specified time frame.
• Activity on the account is found to be suspicious or threatens the integrity of the platform.

Deposit Policy

• The minimum deposit amount per transaction is RM30, and this applies to all available payment methods.
• Deposits must be made using a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same user's name. Deposits from third parties are not accepted.
• jdlclub is not responsible for any processing delays caused by financial institutions or payment providers.
• Users are not charged any processing fee by jdlclub for standard deposit transactions.

Withdrawal Policy

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed.
• Withdrawal processing time is between 10 and 45 minutes depending on the method chosen and current payment network conditions.
• Withdrawals will be credited only to the bank account or e-wallet registered in the same user's name.
• jdlclub reserves the right to hold any withdrawal request until identity review and verification is complete.
• Any withdrawal attempt linked to suspicious activity will be frozen until an internal investigation is concluded.

Welcome Bonus

jdlclub offers a welcome bonus of 100% on the first deposit amount, up to a maximum of RM1,000. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 10 times the bonus amount received before any withdrawal from bonus funds is permitted.

Example: If you deposit RM100, you will receive a RM100 bonus, bringing the total balance to RM200. The wagering requirement to be met is RM100 × 10 = RM1,000. If the deposit is RM2,200, the maximum bonus of RM1,000 is received, the total balance is RM3,200, and the wagering requirement is RM1,000 × 10 = RM10,000.

Bonus Abuse Prohibition

• Each welcome bonus may only be claimed once per account, mobile number, IP address, device or household.
• Attempting to claim the bonus more than once through multiple account registrations is a serious violation of these terms.
• jdlclub reserves the right to cancel the bonus and remove the related bonus funds if abuse is detected.
• Other promotions announced from time to time will have their own terms and conditions, which will be displayed alongside each respective offer.

VIP Programme

The jdlclub VIP Programme consists of three tiers — Bronze, Silver and Gold — each offering different weekly cashback rates. Bronze members are eligible for cashback of up to 0.3%, Silver up to 0.5%, and Gold up to 0.8%. Progression to a higher tier depends on continued gaming activity on the platform. Strictly Prohibited Activities

• Use of any automation software, bots, data scraping tools or other technical methods to access or exploit the jdlclub platform.
• Attempts to hack, disrupt or sabotage jdlclub systems or servers.
• Collaboration between two or more players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus mechanics.
• Use of funds obtained through illegal means for the purpose of depositing into the platform (money laundering).
• Impersonating jdlclub staff or representatives to mislead other players.
• Any form of threats, harassment or offensive language directed at the support team or other players.

jdlclub Liability Limits

jdlclub is not responsible for any service disruptions caused by factors outside the platform's control, including network outages, third-party server failures, natural disasters or actions by authorities. In the event of a technical issue during an active game session, jdlclub will work to restore the situation based on transaction records stored in the system.

Personal Data Protection
